Very slow delivery

On placing an order with them I thought I had been ****med owing to seemingly no response. I then read their T&C's and found they undertake a service level of +/- a month to respond. Fortunately I was proven wrong as some 6 weeks after placing my order the goods were delivered. It's near impossible to make contact with them but their staff are helpful when you do get thru. I won't use them again though because you can apply their business model of procurement in China thru Alibaba yourself, more quickly. I suspect they have severe capacity constraints in that their business has been more successful than they are provisioned for. You pay for what you get on service - so slow service comes with the low price you pay. Same applies to their consignment agents - Buffalo Logistics. For online retail rather pay more and use Takealot or Loot, or buy directly from China using Alibaba.
