Useless company; no communication; faulty items

The worse ever online company. How they can still be in business is beyond believe.

Placed an order 30 December, with an automatic response that the order will be delivered within 7 to 15 workings. After numerous e-mails and phone calls (which they do not answer) I did not get ANY feedback. On 14 February the parcel arrived. Upon receiving it, we immediately apply the item and with our complete dismay it DID NOT work.

We communicate immediately and needless to say it is 30 March, with no solution.
