Unreliable store and Dealhub

I ordered a smart watch from Deal Hub Reliable store. My watch was delivered without the clip charger. I contacted them and spoke to John. He said that they are sorry and would send me the charger that same day. They never sent it to me. I have contacted them many times and to this day i have not received my charger. I am sitting with a smart watch that i paid for but cannot use.The email adress supp**** to me on my invoice does not exist either! I am very unhappy :-(
