They take your money and then don't supply the order.

Just shy of 2 months and still haven't received my order. I'm in Cape Town, so it was supposed to arrive in "7-15 business days". That would have put it's latest arrival at 6th July. It is the 7th August now and still not here! They refuse to give a refund and they aren't supplying the product... This must be straight up theft, right? What else can this be?
