THE WORST ONLINE RETAILER EVER!!!

This is by far the worst business and service one could ask for. For any one looking to order from Deal-hub or Reliable Stores, trust me, dont do it.

I made and order in March for a frame which they advertised on their website. Not only did that first frame take 6 weeks longer than promised, but when it finally came it was a completely different frame than I ordered. I kept the patience, let them know and they promised to correct that. 6 weeks later they sent another frame, also one that has nothing to do with my order. I asked them for a refund because clearly they cannot deliver on the products they promise. They told me they would send someone to fetch the ones I received so that they could refund me, they took so long I had to organise with one of the guys there to meet privately (Sifiso) so that it could experdite the process. We met and he confirmed receiving them and told me It would take 2-10 business days for a refund. When i say ive been waiting for another 4 weeks for the refund, I am not even trying to be funny. I called in to ask about that and all i ever hear is how they are working on it and investigating the process. What is there to investigate about your not being able to meet the demands of customers with regards to products you advertise???

Save your money, time and peace of mind. Rather try another store...I promise You. I wish i had someone like me write the truth before i made my order. God bless
