Terrible service

Pathetic service, ordered an item on the 23rd of November I call into their call centre on the 19th of this December they tell me it has not been allocated and allocation will be between the 30 December to the 3rd of Jan (note that is not delivery). I asked to speak to a manager I was put through to another consultant who changed it to the 1st or 2nd week of January. When I asked what will happen if the order is not delivered he said he cant commit and placed me on hold and hun up
