STAY AWAY, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

Total disregard to customers ordered a faucer on the 18 Dec 2020, shipped on the 25 December 2020, cleared on the 28 December 2020. I received an email with ETA being 04 January 2021 received a call from Buffalo for delivery on the 06 January early in the morning afterwards POD to track my delivery I tracked it the whole when it around The Glen I hoped it was coming to but no it went back to JHB CBD and Cresta area afterwards he went home in Soweto, Mofolo.

on the 7 January 2020 we waited again worse we were suppose to fetch kids from the Free State but decide to give it a chance no delivery on the 08 January I tracked my delivery he left home after 07:30 was stationary at the dealhub in Honeydew I called to find out was told by the agent/ per who answered the phone that I stay to far actual he said I am one of those who stay at the far end and their Buffalo delivery guys works with their own rules. He asked me to hold as he wanted to speak to a manager I waited about 7 minutes he then came back with a promise that between 14:00 and 16:00 my order will arrive I expressed to him regarding fetching he said the Buffalo guy will call but he promised as per time but never delivered instead the POD live tracker showed (SNN) tracker being stationary in Mpulanga Standerton at around 17:00.

This is totaly terrible, unacceptable and incovienence shame to the so called business please stay away from this store THE DEALHUB or RELIABLE STORE it is one and the same thing.
