Shocking service, DON’T Do business with DealHub

I ordered a drone for a Christmas present, this was 3 weeks ago, the gentleman contacted me and said they have a other drone with almost the same specifications in stock which he can send. I did receive it, but the drone send don’t have a battery, don’t have a bag, it is nothing like the specifications that was send to me, I am so upset, this is the worst service I have ever received and I am feeling that I have been ******. Trying to contact them now, I am on the telephone for the last 30min with no answer. This is shocking.
