Shocking service.

A one star is too much. I bought a couple of weeks ago a web video cam from Deal hub. Taking my money was very efficient. Then took very long to get my purchase. I tried to call, impossible. Sent emails and messages ignored. Eventually someone got hold of me and said it would be delivered soon. Which it did a week later. But all in all took longer than originally promised. Then when my purchase arrived, the camera was broken. I then went onto the whats app number and spoke to someone who assured me that they would replace the item with another camera. That was almost 3 weeks ago. So all in all I have a broken camera and still have no one to speak too. It’s impossible to speak to anyone. I would avoid them like the plague.
