Services are beyond SH*T!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. I bought an SOS button for my aunt (86 years old) who is dying of cancer and requires the products to let the people know when she needs assistance. It has been more than a month, no product. Just constant emails saying sorry the product is on it's way and will be delivered soon. Still nothing!!!!!!!
