Refusing To Process Refund For 4 Months

Countless emails and phone calls just being ignored. It is ******** that a company like this is allowed to operate and basically ***** peoples hard earned money. I have been struggling for over 4 months to get a refund processed after an incorrect item was delivered to Cape Town and then collected again. Emails gets ignored for weeks on end and then John will conveniently reply at his leisure pretending the issue will be resolved shortly or acting like it's the first time he hears about this. ****** circus honestly.
