Refund taking months to resolve

This was the 1st time I had purchased from dealhub. The product I received was the incorrect size so I sent the product back and requested a refund. This was back in May and still waiting! I send regular emails, same excuse.. we have a backlog in refunds might take awhile! Been waiting since May for my refund! So disappointing! Wonder if this will ever get resolved!
