Refund still not resolved after 7 months

Purchased a product back in Feb from dealhub, received the incorrect product. The product was collected and returned to dealhud who promised a refund. This was back in March and still waiting for a refund or even a credit but to date not even a reply from them. I send constant emails and receive no feedback, extremely disappointing as dealhub has no business ethics. They will take your money and you might not even receive your product, as for a refund then you will never get it back...Don't deal with dealhub...
