Refund

I’ve ordered a part and waited for a very long time just to find out my order was not included in the container after even being able to track my order all the way from china. I requested a refund and they advised me that it would take 3 to 7 business days to be paid back to me. Ever since i have sent emails to follow up and eventually got a reply stating that the financial department has a back log and this will cause a delay. They said I don’t have to worry, it will be paid back soon. Still waiting with no feedback! So frustrating!
