Read warnings before you order!

DEALHUB is a SHOCK!!! BAD EXPEREINCE! Ordered a month ago - promised shipping and tracking number after 15 days. Phoned the office, left message - NOTHING. Sent an e-mail message twice - promised maximum 48 hour response - up to date NOTHING. I only received 2 tickets to use as reference in further communication. I used the first ticket number and just received a new ticket number. Ordered Christmas gifts early this year - only one not under the tree is this one. STAY AWAY! I don't mind when delivery dates turn out different, but I very much mind SILENCE. SA has an Ombudsman, surely this must have been investigated somewhere, considering all the complaints. And there must be more than this rating warning below to warn a person. I never looked at this and I wish I did so I could have known at least that I was going to wait much longer than expected. And still promises of delivery continue on the webpage. HOw is this possible.?
