RATHER GIVE YOUR MONEY TO CHARITY

Worst online shop to do business with. They do not deserve a single star and should be shut down. I ordered an item in August 2022 and it only arrived in November 2022. The item is faulty and does not work at all. The promised replacement never arrived and my subsequent request for a refund has not been actioned. I have now approached the Consumer goods and services ombudsman for assistance. Update - 23 May 2023. The Consumer goods and service ombudsman closed the case due to no co-operation from Deal Hub. A total waste of time and effort. It appears that Deal Hub knows that they get away with taking people's money as there is no recourse. Deal Hub had the audacity to forward their notification email from the ombudsman to me.
