Problems started with the wrong item being delivered and 5 weeks to sort that out. This escalated when the machine broke and Dealhub showed no interest in upholding their 12 month warranty.

My problems with this company started on 12 June 2020 when I ordered a small laser engraver from them. It was delivered on 8 July BUT it was the wrong laser engraver!! After many phone calls and emails the correct item was finally delivered on 31 July.... 7 weeks after the order was placed !! Then the problems escalated -- the laser engraver worked well until 14 October 2020 when the laser module stopped working! I spoke to "John" telling him and I sent him a video showing the problems I was having. This is covered under their 12 month warranty. They acknowledged receipt of the video - "Thank you for the video, we will look into the matter and return to you with a way forward within 72 hours". That was THREE months ago and, despite numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, I have heard nothing from them. In January 2021 (out of desperation) I ordered another laser module from the manufacturer in China which has arrived and working well. I will NEVER have anything to do with Dealhub again.
