Poor service of Dealhub

I placed an order on the 15th of February 2022. I was promised 15 working days of delivery. There was no communication for a month. l enquired through email. I received a response after several days. I checked my tracking information. The merchandise is in transit from 21st Mar. I have not received the parcel as yet. I emailed to enquire about the delivery, and still no response. Dealhub has poor customer support and horrible service.
