Poor Service

As per delivery information, there is a 7 to 15 day transit time. Excluding public holidays and weekends I am now on day 18 and the only tracking confirmation I see is that the order was confirmed. Everything on the site works well up to the point where the payment was made and then the service dies and turns into frustration.

I can understand why Dealhub only achieved a 1.7 out of 10 trust index rating
