Poor service

Ordered a touchpad Flexi cable for my MacBook 22nd November 2022, 27th January 2023 at 11:41am I received a email stating delivery was successful I eventually got hold of their courier company that they work with Buffalo couriers on the 10th February 2023 asking them where and to who did they deliver my parcel to they rep**** that I must contact Deal Hub which I did eventually got through to on the 14th February 2023 Deal Hub told me that they will find out to who did Buffalo couriers deliver my parcel to and get back to me they never did I contacted them again on the 22nd March 2023 asking what is happening where is my parcel got told the same thing as soon as they find out by Buffalo couriers they will contact me it is now a week later and still no phone call or email stating where my parcel is
