Poor condition of items delivered/ wrong item delivered/ poor customer service/ poor (no) response to email

ordered multiple items - some of the items that I did receive were delivered dented. The one item (saturation probe) that was delivered, was not the make, model or colour that I ordered. And I am still waiting for one item to be delivered. I wrote an email on the 4th June 2020 querying the status of the rest of the delivery, as well as to find out why the wrong item was delivered and to bring their attention to the poor condition some items were delivered in. 25 days later, I am still waiting for a reply, and the delivery of the rest of my order.
