Pathetic service from Dealhub

Most pathetic company to do business with. No useful or helpful replies to emails sent enquiring regarding the lack of movement of my parcel, that has been lying at the Jhb Buffalo warehouse since 28 June 2022. Totally unacceptable for a parcel that has been cleared within one day through custom on 20 June 2022 already to not have been delivered yet. I will never order anything through thus pathetic company ever again.
