Pathetic service from Dealhub

Honestly if I could give a minus 5 star if I could. These people also use "Reliable Store" as a front name, but I assume because their ratings were in the toilet they just started trading under the new name deal hub. They are rude on emails, they do not deliver when they supposed to and if you dare follow up on your order they respond as if you are an idiot and say "per terms and conditions" however I don't for one second think they even know what they wrote in their terms and conditions as they do not deliver on time. Whilst on the phone following up on an order placed on 6 August 2023 they said the order had been dispatched, I asked for a tracking number and they kept me on hold saying they will quickly mail the tracking number, they then tried to end the call to which I said I will wait for the email before I hang up, when we got the email they said that it is still in the warehouse waiting to be dispatched and will take 48-72hours, however the very next sentence they say it is being transported to their warehouse which we know to be false as Buffalo's tracking shows they delivered the parcel to Deal Hub on the 18th of September already. They are absolutely ridiculous when you try and get any form of answer and as noted above don't even know what they are saying as every sentence is contradicting the previous. Don't be fooled by their great prices and empty promises rather pay extra and know that you will get your product!
