Pathetic service

I ordered a gift second week January and to date have not yet received the gift , I had to send. Numerous emails to get updates and the last one was told me basically I need to be patient as there supplier is on holiday , that was beginning February . I will never use dealhub again as they customer service is terrible !,,,
