PATHETIC SERVICE

I ordered a black replacement garmin watch strap from deal hub I drove very far to collect it, they gave me a blue one not black I went to a watch repairer to put the strap on only to be told that they gave me the wrong size strap (they gave me a mens strap not a ladies as ordered and as promised). When i called them they said they would replace it within 7-14 working days. When over 14 days passed no strap was replaced and no one was in touch with me. After following up I received an email saying the strap will be delivered to me on 23 March (way passed 14 working days). The strap was not delivered on 23 march. No one returned my calls or messages or emails. I finally got hold of someone days later who said they dont even have my strap and have no clue when its coming or will be delivered. Pathetic, disorganised, unreliable- I would never order anything from them again
