Pathetic service

Pathetic customer service, pathetic delivery time, zero accountability. I ordered 13k+ worth of Goods, delivery time was max 15 working days, I still haven't received my goods, customer service agents are of no help, they do not return emails, and have no answers when I call in. I wish I had seen all the reviews before ordering from this business.
