Pathetic SERVICE

I ordered a bathroom mixer tab online from Dealhub,on the web page i was promised delivery within 7-21 days worst case.Now i am waiting already 6 weeks since "Promised" ,i keep on emailing their Honeydew Branch ,and they keep on giving empty promises.I am unable to track the parcel at all,and the lady at Honeydew rep**** that after about 4 weeks the parcel only arrived per shipment,now we are 2 weeks further and still no parcel.

Its REALLY RIDICULOUS,i am busy renovating my bathroom,but are stuck halfway now in project beacause i cant start tiling without the plumbing been finished first.I cant see how Deal Hub can make empty promises like this.
