Pathetic Service

I placed and paid for my order on 28 September and received a confirmation email that my order is confirmed and that I would receive a shipping confirmation and that delivery is to be expected within 7 to 15 business days. I received the email with the shipping number, but since the 15 working days passed I have not been able to receive a satisfactory response despite numerous enquiries. Getting hold of them telephonically is a major challenge. I would definitely not recommend them. I am extremely skeptical that I would ever receive my item or get my money back. I'm disappointed in myself for not doing proper due diligence prior to doing business with them.
