ordered, paid and not received nor responded to anymore...
ordered a ps3 controller because they the only one selling a pink one for my daughter. Paid and am still waiting. When i mailed them initially they responded with a tracking link. the link eventually said client received and i did not get anything. No on answers when i call and my emails are bouncing.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

I cannot say weather or not its due to this review, but most likely is.
As for deal hub, what would help clients is to communicate via email often, since this can be automated and does not cost additional labor. Since your call center cannot be contacted at all.
note that i have not tested the product to see if it works yet either... i hope it does.
