Order still not received

I am super disappointed. Got a great deal on beautiful jewelry busts. I placed the order in December and still have not received anything! I keep mailing them and every time they give me the same story - the shipment is on it's way and that I must use the tracking number to track the order - the number does not work... I have requested a refund because I cannot wait for this anymore and now I am being met with silence. Very disappointed! Will never order from them again. DH21725
