Nothing but promises

Nothing but promises. I ordered goods on 13 March and STILL have not received my full order as of 23 July. I have emailed for updates and was told that their supply does not have stock and they are trying to re-source. Until now i have received 1 email , only after threatening to go to the Cusumer Council, stating they are following up on my order.
