If there was an option for zero stars that would be my rating for Dealhub.

Their prices may be competitive but you are better off ordering your items directly from China with cheap shipping options via trusted third party companies.

I have had the worst experience with Dealhub. My item was ordered and paid for on December 20th 2022, I received the item in the beginning of Feb 2023, even though their website said that the estimated delivery time would be early Jan 2023. So I found this to be very misleading, had I known it would take that long to receive my goods I would not have bought from Dealhub.

The item received had half of the parts missing. After reaching out to them I was informed that the item would be re-ordered and sent to me. After following up about a month later, I discovered that the item had not been re-ordered and they refused to give me a refund (which goes against the consumer protection act according to my knowledge).

So at the end of May 2023 it would be 5 months since placing my order, and not yet receiving what I have paid for.
