Nor receiving the correct product

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a webcam off their site.

They gave alot of information on the product, but not the right information. I expected a high quality webcam, I didn't even receive the same item as in the picture.

Then I messaged them on whatsapp (where they helped me before) and I got no response. Still waiting till today to hear back from them

I'm very disappointed that I spend alot of cash (well at least to me) by purchasing from them.

Never again will I buy something from Dealhub. Absolute horrible service I got, if none, when I wanted to request a refund.
