No transparency

Please do NOT use these people. They do not make it very transparent that their goods are shipped from overseas. When payment is made they state that delivery will be 7 - 15 Business days. I called numerous times - no answer. I emailed too and eventually got a reply to confirm my order was submitted to their international supplier and the order is processed. After reading further comments on Hellopeter, I decided to cancel....wow, what stories to get that done. I happened to get hold of them today and was told first of a 10% admin fee if we cancel. The of a 35% admin fee if the item had already been shipped......no win no win. Will now wait to see what happens. When i argued that we have no tracking details, so item not shipped, was told that the item has left the supplier so it has been shipped??
