No service, No deliver it appears

I placed my order and paid for a Longbank mini design portable 12v ice maker on 29 November 2021 and a courier tracking number was shared with me. I was told delivery would take between 7-15 days, which at worst would mean delivery by around 21 December. It's now the 13 January, i've still not received the ice maker. The concerning thing is on the courier site they indicate order was only confirmed on 12 December and was waiting in a warehouse in China up until 5th January it appears. I've attempted emailing and phoning their support line and no one has come back to give me an update. It's not looking very positive that i'm going to receive my item.
