Ordered on 2022-08-11, you will be lucky to get a response after you paid. I am not sure if I will ever receive the goods.

Please accept my apology for the delay in receiving your tracking information.

We are currently waiting for the consignment your order is in to be shipped, once that is done a tracking link will be sent to you by our dispatch department.

The tracking will help you track your order from our operations centre overseas to our Johannesburg warehouse, where your order will be prepared for delivery and a new tracking link will be sent to you with the estimated time for your delivery.
