Misleading products

Hi there I purchased an item in December on-line from them they first took over 3 weeks to deliver. When I received the item in December 24th the item had no batteries and yet it shows on the box it comes with batteries , when i also order the item when viewing it also showed batteries I was then told it doesn't come with batteries and when I wanted to return it I was told that I need to read the terms which states that I need to return it to China on my own expensive. I feel i have been misled and treated very unfairly as this was xmas gift for my son which he has not played with. Where should i find batteries as product comes with a rechargeable ones which I never got and comes from China . I personally will never buy anything from Deal Hub as they are still contacting me and give misleading information and products.
