Less than zero stars for these ******

I have the same experience as all of these reviews. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY nor it's sister company RELIABLE STORE.

I only wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase on the 31 December 2021. Lesson learnt.

I am yet to receive my parcel or a refund. I hear from Mpho sporadically, and always with a different story, and many delays. It is almost impossible to get hold of them via the phone. I succeeded once and I was cut off when I spoke to a human.

Terrible service and communication. I have reported them to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.
