legitimate but third rate business

i ordered a laptop keyboard on 26 march 2023 - for 1/2 the price of the best alternative i could find. i emailed the team two hours later to change the layout variant (no price impact). i received a confirmation message on 27 march. i finally received the correct item on 24 may 2023 in perfect condition.

note 1: the website stated the item was in stock, however the messages show that it was shipped from china after my order was placed. note 2: i received very little in terms of feedback & status, and what i received was extremely limited. nore 3: their logistics partner for my shipment was “buffaloex.co.za”, who coordinated everything from collecting at the chinese warehouse to delivering at my door. their website is pathetic and the statis provided was … minimal. but everything seems to have been honest & true.

summary: this is a legitimate business with extremely poor feedback and sometimes misleading information on lead times. i will use them again as long as they have the price advantage and if i can wait 2 months.
