I paid for a product that was never in stock. Terrible service.

I ordered a laptop liner bag in May and was told that shipping would take 10-20 business days. It was July (2 months later) and I haven’t received anything. I tried calling the number provided on the website but no answer. I tried calling the courier and was told that they couldn’t help. I sent an email and was met with an automated response that I can expect an answer in 24-48 hours. It’s now almost end of August and finally received an update. They never had stock of the product I payed for, but fortunately for me, they will provide me with a refund.
