Horrible Bad Service.

Hi,

We went to Deal hub by Beyers Naude on the 30 May to purchase an adapta i was told that it would be delivered to me in 7-14 days, 20 days later still nothing ,my partner send them an email to ask about the order, they responded to say, the eta of 7- 14 days was for when the product arrives in SA, all in all, after long strings of emails, they finally said it would be delivered on the 06 Jul. ii send them an email on 05 Jul to find out if i will receive the order on the set date 05 Jul, no response send an email on the 6Jul no response send another 07 nd 08 Jul still no response, called as well on the 08 more than 5 times held on for more than 30 minutes with no help.

My last email to them was to tell them to cancel my order and send my money back still no response.

I have never seen such incopittance in my life, i was expecting them to keep me on the loop about my order not for me to follow up with them. I am so dissapointed but all in all they lie and do not keep their promises.
