Give our money back

My husband ordered a solar pump in Sept, paid and told it would take 7-14 days. It is today the 11th Nov and after emailing several times, it still did not arrive. We pay more than R4000 for the fuel of our petrol pump in the meantime. We want our money back, doesn't seem it will ever arrive.
