DO NOT USE THEM - Incorrect delivery - Awaiting refund - NO RESPONSE

I placed an order for an item that took 2 months to arrive, only for it to be the incorrect item as they mixed up the item. They offered to provide me with a replacement or a refund, i opted for the refund and was shocked to find a 35% handling fee for their mistake. to date it has been 2 months of them "processing" the refund and no sign from then that I will ever receive it. They always refer it back to the correct department and nobody answers their phones when you call them. I will definitely NOT recommend them for anything.
