worst online experience ever. Firstly when you place an order on their website it shows that they have stock available only to find out after the payment is done that they ship items from overseas. Secondly, no one responds to emails or answers the phone. I have been waiting for my order for over a month - I WANT MY REFUND-I was able to get a managers email address and not even the leaders of this organization care about customer service - managers details (not that it helps) Catherine M - i expected more from you as a leader
