DH25216 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered something on their website on the 4th of April 2023. Eventually they gave me a tracking number which showed that the item was ready to be shipped from an international terminal. The status was the same three weeks later. When I checked the tracking status recently the tracking details have now disappeared. Tried calling numerous times, nobody answers. I’ve sent countless emails without an answer. I’ve requested a refund but again no reply. Stay away from this place. It’s a giant ****. I’m not sure why their website hasn’t been shutdown yet. I hope someone opens a lawsuit against them.
