Despicable service from Dealhub

My experience with this despicable company just keeps getting worse. They continue to lie to me & will not accept responsibility for their despicable service. After originally stating 5-15 days for my order, a month later the order was only confirmed with the supplier & is now awaiting shipping. That could take another 6 weeks if I’m lucky. They refuse to cancel my order & give me a refund. NEVER EVER will I deal with them again. They are a dishonest company
