Delivery dates not adhered to

Please don't order from this company. I placed an order for a presentation screen that was needed in November 2022. The delivery time was specified as 7 to 15 business days. After following up on day 15, I was told that the delivery time was changed to 6 weeks due to lockdown (not sure which lockdown though, since this happenend in Nov22). I was also told that cancelling my order, will attract a penalty fee due to some fineprint terms on their website. After reading all the negative reviews, I can only hope that I will even get a refund any time soon.
