Dealhub worst cutomer service

I have placed two orders with Dealhub on 13 and 14 May 2023, their promised delivery time is 7 to 15 working days. today, 28 June 2023 I still have not received my order, a month and two weeks after placing the order. Every week I phone them they say I will receive the items next week but I never do. Last week they told me the goods will be cleared through customs on 26 or 27th June 2023.Today they told me Saturday,1 July 2023. Absolutely unacceptable service, in fact the worst I have had with any company I have ever dealt with.
