Dealhub worse service ever.

The nightmare continues. After more than a month my packet is on its way. I paid for the item and was promised that all packeges above R1000 courier is for free. Well, I just contacted Buffalo Couriers, and according to them I must pay another R1600 or so. This was not part of the deal at all. Now, I have been trying to phone them all day, no answer although I am first in line. I emailed them and that failed as well as their mailbox is full. Now there is absolutely no way of contacting them. It is by far the worse service I have ever received so time to get a lawyer involved.
