DealHub will be getting NO MORE orders from me!!!!

I wish I could give a zero rating because thats how they treated my order, with zero interest! I placed a order through Deal Hub, I was so excited because I actually found a place who sold my watch straps, so I thought what the hell, let me give them a try!! OMG - never again!

They dont answer their number after trying numerous amounts of times, nor emails. Finally after a month of waiting i get a sms to say I must make delivery arrangements with the driver whose number they gave me. I sent a sms - no reply. I said specifically in my message that I am not home and to come on a certain day being Friday. But then he still came in the week on a Monday. After phoning and him telling me that he will come the next day - well that didnt happen.... FINALLY I got a delivery! Happiness!

I get back in the house ready to put my watch strap on, and SUUURRRPRISE, IT DOESNT FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the ad it says for a Galaxy Active 2 watch, which is the exact watch I have, but the strap says 22mm and its really supposed to be 20mm that only fits that watch. So now iv paid for **** service and **** watch strap that I can not use!

This is so disappointing - I wanted to give another business a try to support them in the times we are in they actually have no care in the world! Your business will never survive if you produce **** service.. SHAME ON YOU!!! I no this review is a complete waste of time becuase they wont answer me back but I just want everyone to read that you are wasting your time placing a order with these people. No communication. Waiting a month for your product. Delivering wrong product. I cant even say anything positive about them....
